The latest issue of Perspectives: Teaching Legal Research and Writing has a new article on how to update federal regulatory code using the government website, GPO Access. The article gives a step by step tutorial, including screen captures. There are advantages to updating federal regulatory code using the GPO, compared to using Lexis or West. First, the GPO website is free, and secondly, the CFR is updated there daily, rather than weekly.
