The Genocide Archive Rwanda is an online searchable archive of videos about the 1994 genocide. Transcripts, maps, documents, and audio recordings are also available on the website. The Welcome page includes suggestions about how to explore the site. In the left hand column, you’ll find some suggested searches, such as “Gacaca Court Proceedings,” restorative justice efforts after the genocide.
A brief article on the BBC News website has information about an archive in the Rwandan capital of Kigali and links to some additional news stories about Rwanda, including one about the children of rape who are now turning 16.
