One of the websites featured in today’s Scout Report is that of the Federal Communications Law Journal, the journal of the Federal Communications Bar Association. FCLJ is  published by law students at Indiana University. The website includes journal issues dating back to 1993. The online Forum section publishes both responses to traditional articles and some brief (2,500 words or less) communications law commentary, streamlined for publication.
