EU Treaty of Lisbon

The second time around, Ireland approved the Treaty of Lisbon which amends current European Union and European Communities treaties. The Czech Republic and Poland have yet to ratify it. The Polish president is scheduled to sign the treaty on Saturday; the Czech president is negotiating over a footnote. Details from the BBC.
