The Clinton Presidential Library today released documents relating to Solicitor General Elena Kagan’s service on the Domestic Policy Council. The presidential library website also includes previously released materials from her time as Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy and Deputy Director of the Domestic Policy Council (1997-99) and records related to Elena Kagan in the files of Bruce Reed, Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy.
