Delhi High Court Decision on Gay Rights

Today’s decision of the Delhi High Court in Naz Foundation vs. Government of NCT of Delhi and Others (CW-7455/2001) is available on the court’s website. The court ruled that Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code banning gay sex is a violation of Articles 14, 15, and 21 of India’s Constitution.
