April 06, 2010 at 2:05 PM

The opinion for the Comcast v. FCC case was published by the D.C. Circuit this morning. The case revolves around Comcast's interference with peer-to-peer traffic through its Internet access services. Advocates for net neutrality see today's decision as a setback for the FCC's regulatory power and the planned National Broadband Plan proposed by the Obama Administration. The opinion is available via the court's website.

Just retweeting it? As a law school, your professors or students have nothing to add to this article?

Yes, of course we do. This blog, however, is for the law library here on campus.

If you'd like to hear a response about this decision from one of our professors read this article from the San Jose Mercury News:

As a law school in the Silicon Valley we have a number of legal scholars who focus on this area. Check the law school's website for future speaker events, symposiums, and panel discussions.
