The IRS website has the text of agreements between the United States and Switzerland and between United States and UBS regarding the release of information about U.S. holders of UBS accounts. The civil case against UBS was in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida, 109cv20423 - US v. UBS AG (Swiss Banks).
