A Cure for Test Anxiety?

Exams are probably the last thing you want to think about right now, but before April take a look at this report from the Journal Science, about how ten minutes writing about thoughts and feelings before an exam can improve performance on the exam. Today’s San Jose Mercury News includes an Associated Press story about the study conducted at the University of Chicago. According to that story, the technique – expressive writing – is also useful in combatting depression.
