The time period is one year rather than 90 days if the creditor bears a defined special relationship to the debtor (e.g. relative of an individual debtor or president of a corporate debtor).  A creditor with a defined special relationship is designated an "insider."  Insider is defined in Bankr. Code 101 (31).
