n2 The underlying debt involved in this case was a purchase money loan. However, Code of Civil Procedure section 580b only applies to two-party transactions where the seller takes back a deed of trust or mortgage securing a note for all or part of the purchase price, or where a third party makes a loan secured by a deed of trust or mortgage "on a dwelling for not more than four families given to a lender . . . to pay all or part of the purchase price of that dwelling occupied, entirely or in part, by the purchaser." This case concerns a third party purchase money loan to acquire commercial property. Thus, section 580b does not apply here. [Citation Omitted.]
