Suppose the terms inside the Gateway box provided that the Hills would be responsible for costs of shipping if they wanted to return the computer for a refund of the purchase price (in addition to the costs of shipping the computer to the Hills that they had already paid when ordering the computer).  Could the Hills seek reimbursement of the shipping costs both ways (or one way) after getting a refund of their purchase price?
